RankWatch subscriptions renew according to the billing interval you select (monthly, quarterly, or annual unless otherwise agreed). You may cancel by emailing support@rankwatch.com from your registered account email. Send cancellation requests at least seven (7) days before your next billing date when possible.
30-day money-back guarantee. For a fresh paid subscription, you may request a refund within thirty (30) days of the first charge. After that window, prepaid fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where RankWatch cancels your subscription.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current prepaid period unless we agree otherwise. Downgrades and credit changes may require you to adjust usage in the product before the change applies.
