RankWatch Affiliate Program Terms

By signing up to be an Affiliate in RankWatch Affiliate Program you are agreeing to be bound by the below terms. These RankWatch Affiliate Program Terms (" Agreement ") constitute a legal agreement between Web IQ Technologies Pvt Ltd (RankWatch Inc) and you ("Affiliate" or " you "). This Agreement shall govern all the relationships between Your Website and marketing activities and the RankWatch Website. Please make sure you fully understand the contents of the Agreement.   1. RankWatch Affiliate program

    The affiliate program is often viewed as a fruitful process where both parties share the same, profitable interest. In recent times, affiliation has become an extremely powerful online marketing tool as more and more SAAS based companies are beginning to launch their individual affiliate programs to attract and form a direct relationship with their target market through carefully chosen affiliates. RankWatch is driving Internet marketing to a whole new level, where our sole ambition is to reduce time and cost by automating processes while providing actionable data to marketers. Through our affiliate program we look to partner with marketing experts and digital agencies to help us generate more potential RankWatch customers and in return make tons of money.

  2. How does it work?

    How does it work you ask? Good question. Once you sign up to the affiliate program you would need to promote our services to your friends and family. Every person who signs up to RankWatch through the affiliate link, which will be provided to you by RankWatch, will earn a commission of 70% for the first Month and 15% on recurring payments of the total cost of the package signed up by the person as a monetary reward although the commissions can be tailored by the sales volume achieved for super affiliates. Moreover, an affiliate is only eligible for this commission after he/she has made at least two (2) sales.

  3. What is my commission if my sale is for a longer duration?

    The commission you would be entitled to would be split over the duration for which the user signed up with RankWatch. For example, a user signs up for USD 1200 for 6 months, the commission entitled would be 70% of USD 200 (1200/6) for the first month and 15% of USD 200 for the rest of the payment duration. This again would be payable every 2 months.

  4. Payouts

    The payout period is 2 months, which basically means, you get paid every two months for the business you bring in to RankWatch.

  5. Tracking Progress

    RankWatch will provide you with an affiliate dashboard, where you will be able to track your Clicks and Sign ups.

  6. Getting Started

    As this program is meant to benefit both the affiliate and the merchant (RankWatch), what you do depends on how much effort you put in as it is positively correlated to the amount you can earn. To begin, please fill out the application form to join our affiliate program. Once you do that, we will provide you with a unique affiliate URL, which you can then use to bring people on board. Every time a prospect signs up using that link, money will be transferred to your Paypal account every 2 months.

  7. Prohibited Uses

    1. RankWatch Affiliate Program cannot be used for any unauthorized or illegal purposes. Also, Affiliates must not violate any laws in their area/state/country while using RankWatch Services and/or participating in the RankWatch Affiliate Program.

    2. RankWatch does not permit any Affiliate to promote RankWatch on any gambling websites. Affiliates must not promote RankWatch on websites with adult/hate/defamatory/violent content or any other form of content that is considered offensive or inappropriate; this also includes websites that violate third party rights and/or any applicable laws. RankWatch may or may not review the content available on every affiliate’s website(s) or content that is used by them in their promotional activities. RankWatch may require and the affiliate must provide the information associated with their traffic sources, promotional channels and methods. If the above information does not abide by the terms of this agreement, RankWatch owns the right to suspend your affiliate services and any existing or onwards commissions will be revoked.

    3. Commission received by the Affiliates through RankWatch Affiliate Program must not be shared with the End Users. Affiliates cannot split the commission between themselves, their employees, and any other Third Party, including the End Users, in any way.

    4. Affiliates cannot use Rankwatch’s affiliate resources that includes:
      (i) RankWatch or RankWatch brand name as a keyword in their advertising campaigns across any search engine (like Google, Bing etc.), or any of its variations that includes the brand name (like Rankawtch sign up etc.);
      (ii) RankWatch or RankWatch brand name in the domain name of their website, including any variations of the brand name.

    5. Affiliates cannot modify or create variations of the trademarks, banners, content, including any image provided to them by RankWatch, in any way, without our prior written consent.

    6. Fraud is a serious offence, and we will treat it as such. Any action that intentionally attempts to create leads, sales, or click-throughs using robots, scripts, frames, iframes, or “refreshing” of pages manually, for the sole purpose of earning commissions is termed as a fraud.
      RANKWATCH WILL CANCEL THE AFFILIATE’S ACCOUNT AND VOID THE COMMISSIONS IN CASE OF ANY ATTEMPTED FRAUD OR FRAUD OR ANY HARMFUL ACTIVITIES.
      In case RankWatch notices any potentially fraudulent activity associated with the Affiliate’s Account or coming through their reference links, then the Affiliate in question must provide every document requested by RankWatch within 30 (thirty) days for verification purposes.

    7. Affiliates cannot SPAM. Spamming can result in immediate termination of their account without any prior notice.

    8. Affiliates who do self-referrals, and Affiliates, who violate the Affiliate Program Terms of RankWatch will not receive any commission. Also, affiliates cannot refer to the company they work for to receive commissions.

    9. Affiliates cannot market RankWatch trials as discount offers/coupons or place them in the discount/coupon sections of their website(s) without any written permission from RankWatch.
