Rate limits
Per-key read and job-create limits, concurrency, and 429 behavior.
Limits are enforced per API key. Typical defaults:

Your plan or account configuration may adjust these values.
When exceeded, the API returns HTTP 429 with code PUBLIC_API_RATE_LIMITED. Back off and retry; avoid rapid retries.
Tool jobs
Creating a job counts toward the job-create budget. Polling job status counts as a read. Prefer exponential backoff while status is queued or running.
Idempotency
Tool create requires header Idempotency-Key (1–128 characters). Replaying the same key and body returns the original job instead of creating a duplicate. See Tools jobs.
