Prerequisites

  • AI Visibility on your package enabled for your organization

A monthly GEO review is Overview → Rankings gaps → Citations → Competitors → credits — then three actions for the next month. Available when AI Visibility is included on your package. If AI nav is missing, confirm package access under Organization settings → Billing / Package.

Steps

  1. Switch to the client workspace and open the AI project Overview for the last 28–30 days.
  2. Filter Rankings for missing brand mentions on priority topics; sample prompt details.
  3. Review Citations opportunity/gap and Competitors prompt gap for rival wins.
  4. Check AI credit usage so next month’s prompt plan fits the package.
  5. Deliver five slides or a short PDF narrative; keep raw tables internal.

Outcome

A repeatable monthly GEO ops cadence with clear owners and credit awareness.
