How to set report branding presets

Create or edit report branding presets so client PDFs reuse agency logos and chrome.

Prerequisites

  • Reporting permissions (read / run / schedule / branding as needed)

Branding presets keep PDF headers consistent across clients without re-uploading logos each run.

Steps

  1. Open Reporting configure/branding settings (from a template configure step or branding management entry in Reporting).
  2. Create a preset with logo, colors, and footer options you need.
  3. Save the preset.
  4. Select it when configuring or scheduling reports for client workspaces.
  5. Align with org branding under Organization settings → Branding when the portal should match PDFs.

Outcome

Presets are reusable on future runs/schedules.
