Email delivery channels: how RankWatch routes transactional mail (platform default vs org-configured providers).
A delivery channel is how outbound transactional email leaves RankWatch for your organization (platform default or an org-configured provider when available).
What it is
Without a working channel, invites and alert emails fail even if templates look correct. Channel setup and testing are owner tasks. Non-email channels (Slack, WhatsApp, webhooks) are not available in the product today.
