SEO Overview dashboard explained
SEO Overview is a period dashboard: visibility trend, keyword movement, net movement, movers, and what changed for the selected date range.
SEO Overview is the first screen for a search context. For a range of four days or more it summarizes the whole period. Shorter ranges stay a snapshot of the latest check.
This is classic SEO Overview — not AI Overview / Rankings (GEO) and not Google AI Overview.
Period range (4 days or more)
- Visibility — portfolio share of voice, the change versus the first day, and peak / low in the range.
- Keyword movement — Improved, Declined, Started ranking, and Lost, comparing the first check with the last. Each tile opens Rankings filtered to that set.
- Search engine distribution — position bands as of the last check (Top 3, 4–10, 11–50, 51–100, Not ranking).
- Net ranking movement — day-over-day improved and declined bars, plus a cumulative net line. Click a day to inspect it.
- Ranking distribution over time — Top 3, 4–10, 11–20, 21–50, and 51–100 across the range.
- Movers by cumulative impact — keywords ranked by volume-weighted position-days, not only start versus end. Switch Gains and Declines. View all opens Rankings in aggregated mode.
- What changed — short findings under Look into, Declined, and Improved.
- Competitor keyword overlap — how competitor coverage moved over the same dates.
Short range (under 4 days)
Visibility shows the share of voice as of the last check, without the trend, peak, or movement cards. Ranking distribution lists keyword counts by band for that snapshot. Expand the range to four or more days for period cards.
