Communities and gap views show where models cite, not only whether they mention your brand. Available when AI Visibility is included on your package. If AI nav is missing, confirm package access under Organization settings → Billing / Package.
Steps
- Open Citations communities / gap views for the AI context.
- Note communities where competitors earn citations and you do not.
- Open Explore for example domains in those communities.
- Prioritize digital PR / content partnerships toward those neighborhoods.
- Track monthly whether your domains enter the same communities.
