UI surface

Open /projects after selecting a workspace. The KPI strip, Share of Voice panel, project health tiers, and projects table summarize SEO tracking across projects you can access. Date range selection requires at least two days.

Metrics and columns

KPI strip

  • Tracked positions — Sum of active keyword trackings (rank jobs) across projects in scope. Subtext may show unique keywords when that count differs.
  • Unique keywords — Distinct keyword strings tracked (a keyword on multiple engines counts once when shown as unique).
  • Page 1 % — Share of tracked positions ranking on page one (ranks 1–10), with period change in percentage points.
  • Avg rank — Average organic rank across ranking keywords in the workspace scope (shown when > 0). Lower is better.
  • Avg SOV / Share of voice (workspace) — Workspace organic average share of voice for tracked rankings in scope (shown when > 0).
  • Tracked projects — Projects with active tracking in the selected window, displayed as tracked of total projects.

Share of voice panel

  • Workspace organic average — Portfolio-style SOV chart for the workspace (estimated organic traffic from rankings, not raw search volume).

Project health tiers

Each project is tagged Critical, Neutral, or Achievers (Critical takes precedence, then Achievers, else Neutral):

  • Critical — Examples: crawl data older than 7 days; more declining than improving keywords; paused tracking; Page 1 share down 5+ pp; avg rank worsened by 5+; SOV declined with negative momentum.
  • Achievers — Examples: Page 1 up 3+ pp; Page 1 well above workspace median; avg rank improved 3+; improving keywords outpace declining with positive SOV Δ.
  • Neutral — Neither Critical nor Achievers signals dominate.

Projects table (common columns)

  • Unique keywords / Tracked positions — Per-project tracking scale.
  • Page 1 / Visibility % — Per-project page-one share.
  • Health — Critical / Neutral / Achievers badge for the project.
