How to organize AI topics and pages

Organize AI prompts into topics and review pages so GEO reporting rolls up by theme and cited URLs.

  • AI Visibility on your package enabled for your organization

AI Topics and Pages mirror SEO organization: themes for prompts, and pages for citation/landing patterns. Available when AI Visibility is included on your package. If AI nav is missing, confirm package access under Organization settings → Billing / Package.

Steps

  1. Open AI Topics (or Rankings with topic filters).
  2. Recategorize prompts into themes that match your content hubs or product lines.
  3. Open AI Pages to see which URLs/domains get cited for your prompt set.
  4. Align underperforming topics with content owners.
  5. Revisit monthly as prompt sets grow.
