How to report an AI rank inaccuracy
Flag incorrect AI mention place or visibility from the AI Rankings prompts table More menu.
Prerequisites
- Project with AI tracking and support.ticket.create (or org owner)
If an AI prompt’s mention place or cited result looks wrong for a recent check, use the same Report inaccuracy flow as SEO rankings from the AI Rankings prompts table.
Steps
- Open Projects → your project → AI Rankings for the correct context.
- Select one or more prompts, then More → Report inaccuracy.
- Follow the wizard: age check (end date within 7 days), verify answer / SERP snapshots when available, describe recurrence, enter expected place, and submit.
- You land on the Support ticket created for the Data / rankings team.
