Credits and usage metrics

Canonical definitions for credits and usage screens (org billing / credit usage and project credit usage). In-product help deep-links to /help/knowledge-base/metrics/reporting-and-credits/credits-usage-metrics.

Metrics and columns

• Credit balance — Credits remaining available to the organization (allocated minus consumed/reserved as shown on the billing UI).
• Ledger entries — Individual credit events (charges, adjustments) with timestamps and activity detail.
• Usage by project — Credits consumed (and reserved when shown) rolled up per project across workspaces.
• Usage by activity — Credits grouped by activity type (e.g. SEO rank runs, AI runs, tool jobs).
• Package limit counters — Live usage vs caps for projects, active trackings, members, AI prompts, and competitors.

Guest freemium tool runs on the marketing site do not appear as customer org credit usage.
