Packages and feature limits explained

How RankWatch packages combine included modules (for example AI Visibility and Tools) with numeric limits (projects, trackings, prompts, seats).

Your organization’s package decides which RankWatch modules you can use, and how many projects, trackings, members, AI prompts, and competitors you may run.

Included modules vs numeric limits

TypeExamplesWhat happens when blocked
Included modulesAI Visibility, Brand Prompt Generator, Keyword Suggestions, AI CheckerModule or option stays unavailable
Numeric limitsMax projects, max active trackings, max members, max AI prompts, max AI competitorsCreate or select actions fail until you free capacity or upgrade
CreditsMonthly credit pool (if your package has one)Chargeable runs and tool jobs stop when available credits are exhausted

Credits and package limits can both block the same action — see Credits vs package limits.

Common package dimensions

  • Projects and trackings — SEO keyword trackings across workspaces count toward organization limits.
  • Members / seats — Workspace invites consume member capacity.
  • AI Visibility — Unlocks GEO tracking; separate caps may apply for prompts and competitor selections.
  • Tools — Brand Prompt Generator, Keyword Suggestions, and AI Checker may be included; some plans show preview results until upgraded.
  • Optional SEO features — For example custom keyword frequency.

Limits apply across workspaces in the organization. If a capability you need is missing, an organization owner should check Billing or contact RankWatch support.
