Personal account profile and password: what each user controls versus organization-owned settings.
Your account profile is personal: name, login identity, password, and personal notification preferences. It is separate from organization billing, whitelabel, and Role Management.
What you control
- Display name and profile fields available in-product
- Password change / reset flows
- Personal notification preferences (which categories you want when the org can send mail)
What you do not control here
Org owners still own billing profile, package, delivery channels, email templates, and custom roles.
