Billing profile fields explained
Invoice fields organization owners save before checkout — country, address, and optional GSTIN or VAT. Country locks after save.
The billing profile is the legal identity printed on invoices. It is organization-owner only. Workspace roles cannot edit it.
Fields

The form appears on Plan and Buy credits until it is complete, with the label Before you continue. After a successful save it stays out of the way.
Updating the profile does not change monthly credits, one-time packs, or which products are on the plan.
