Credits vs package limits (both can block an action)
Credits and package limits are separate — either can stop the same action. Fix the one that actually failed.
Two different checks decide whether an action proceeds:

| Credits | Credit balance exhausted | Chargeable runs or tool jobs fail even when the feature is on your plan |
Fix the check that actually failed. Adding credits will not unlock a module that is not on your package; enabling a module will not help if credits are zero. Organization owners can review both under Billing. If you need a capability added to your plan, contact RankWatch support.
