What happens when credits run out
What happens at zero credits: new chargeable runs stop until balance recovers or you upgrade.
When Credits this period and Pack balance are both zero, RankWatch stops starting new chargeable SEO/AI runs and credited tool jobs. Billing shows a soft-exhausted or tracking-paused banner. Historical data remains readable. Trackings paused for credits resume when credits are added.
What you should do
- Confirm Overview balances and Usage (owner)
- Pause low-priority trackings or reduce crawl frequency
- Buy one-time credits for a burst, or raise monthly credits if the shortfall will repeat
- Distinguish credit exhaustion from a missing product or a seat limit
Existing completed snapshots stay available for reporting.
