AI Visibility is not available on my account — what can I do?

When AI Visibility or AI tracking is missing from your account, check your package with an organization owner or contact RankWatch support.

Prerequisites

  • Access to RankWatch (org owner can see package details on Billing)

If you cannot create an AI Visibility project, or AI navigation does not appear, your package may not include AI Visibility yet — or you may be in a workspace/role that cannot start AI setup.

Steps

  1. Confirm you are in the correct workspace and project context (AI is created per project when your package includes it).
  2. Ask an organization owner to open Organization settings → Billing and check whether AI Visibility (or equivalent AI tracking) is listed on your package.
  3. If AI Visibility is on the package but still missing for you, ask the owner to confirm your workspace role can create or manage projects (not a read-only client viewer).
  4. If AI Visibility is not on the package, contact RankWatch support (or your RankWatch account contact) to ask about enabling AI Visibility for your organization.
  5. After it is enabled, follow Set up AI visibility when your package includes it to add engines and prompts.

Outcome

You know whether the gap is package, role, or workspace — and you escalate to support when AI Visibility needs to be added to your plan.
