How to view your package and feature limits

Review RankWatch package name, package limits (AI, Tools), and usage limits from Organization billing (org owner).

Prerequisites

  • Organization owner (billing profile, package view, and credit summaries)

Your package controls which features are on (for example AI Visibility, workspace tools) and numeric limits (projects, trackings, seats, AI prompts). Credits are a separate consumption ledger — both can block an action.

Steps

  1. Sign in as the organization owner.
  2. Open Organization settings → Billing (Package & usage).
  3. Review the current package name and included features (AI tracking, Brand Prompt Generator, Keyword Suggestions, full tool results, and similar gates).
  4. Check numeric limits and current usage where shown (projects, trackings, members/seats, AI prompts, competitors).
  5. Open credit usage / ledger summaries on the same billing or overview surfaces to see consumed vs reserved credits for the UTC month.
  6. If a nav item is missing (AI or Tools), treat it as a package limit first — see tool or AI nav missing — before assuming a UI bug.

Outcome

You know which package-included modules teammates should see and where you are against seats, project, and credit ceilings. Online self-serve upgrades may still be limited — contact RankWatch if you need a plan change.
