How to launch AI visibility alongside SEO tracking (when package includes AI)

Run SEO first for a trusted baseline, then add AI / GEO only when AI Visibility is entitled. Local SEO create is not available.

Steps

1. Confirm AI Visibility under Billing. If missing, stop — do not promise AI in the retainer.
2. Ensure the client workspace and SEO project exist with live rankings (SEO project end-to-end).
3. Add AI to the project or create with AI Mentions (set up AI visibility).
4. Generate a starter prompt set via Brand Prompt Generator if Brand Prompt Generator is entitled, then curate and import prompts.
5. Choose engines, brand variations, and Track subdomains deliberately; add AI competitor brands.
6. After first AI jobs, brief the client with Overview + a few prompt details. Monitor AI credit use separately from SEO crawls.

Outcome

The client has SEO rankings and AI visibility running together under one project/workspace, with clear package access and credit expectations.
