How to review project credit usage
Review credit usage for a single RankWatch project and relate it to org billing totals.
Prerequisites
- Project access; org owner for full org billing tables
Project usage shows how this client’s trackings and jobs contribute to the shared org credit pool.
Steps
- Open the project from Projects and open its usage / credits view if available.
- Note keyword volume, crawl frequency, rechecks, and AI/tool jobs tied to the project.
- As org owner, compare against Billing credits-by-project for the same period.
- Identify waste (daily crawls on low-value tags, abandoned AI prompt sets).
- Pause or adjust tracking before the org hits a hard limit.
Outcome
You know whether this project is a fair share of monthly credits and what to change operationally.
