Tool or AI navigation is missing — what to check

When AI Visibility or Workspace Tools do not appear, have an org owner check your package on Billing, then contact RankWatch support if a feature should be included.

Missing AI Visibility or Workspace Tools is usually a package or access issue — not a broken page. RankWatch only shows modules your organization is entitled to use.

What to check

  1. Package — An organization owner opens Organization settings → Billing and confirms whether AI Visibility and the relevant Tools (Brand Prompt Generator, Keyword Suggestions, AI Checker) are included.
  2. Role — A read-only workspace role may hide create flows even when the package includes the module. Ask an owner to review your workspace role.
  3. Public /tools vs app Tools — Guest tools on the marketing site (/tools) are separate from signed-in Workspace Tools in the app.
  4. Support — If Billing shows a feature you still cannot access, or you need AI Visibility / a Tool added to your plan, contact RankWatch support.
